A Tasty Sandwich
/this beauty is called “the Frank.” it consists of a freshly-baked crusty french baguette filled with toasted ham, salami, & capocollo with fresh mozzarella, sliced tomato, sun dried tomato, fresh basil, & balsamic vinegar. you can get it from conte di savoia, the italian sub shop on taylor st.

crispy fried egg with gochujang + sesame oil

seasoned with salt + freshly ground peppersun-dried tomato spread
to be eaten with eggsfluffy, crusty bread*
fresh oranges
creamy full-fat yogurt + blueberries
black tea
plus milk, of course
*also: store your bread in the freezer if you don’t want it to become hard. cut bread into slices & keep in a freezer bag. reheat in the toaster when it’s time to eat.
